Who is the data controller?

What we collect

• Quote enquiries: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, the service required, the site or event address, dates, hours, staffing estimates, attendance figures, information about alcohol and overnight cover, and any risks or additional information you choose to give us.
• Recruitment enquiries: your name, contact details, home town or postcode area, role of interest, SIA licence status, licence type and expiry date, relevant experience, availability, driving and vehicle availability, and your CV if you choose to upload one.
• Contact messages: your name, email address, optional telephone number and the content of your message.
• Technical data: limited information needed to operate the website securely and to prevent spam submissions.

We do not ask for passport or right-to-work documents, full SIA licence numbers, bank details or other sensitive identity documents through the public forms on this website. Those are collected later, where relevant, through a secure onboarding process.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact unless they lead to a contract, in which case contractual retention periods apply. Recruitment enquiries are retained for up to 12 months from submission unless you ask us to remove them sooner or you are engaged by us. Contact messages are retained for up to 12 months.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who host this website and its database on our behalf under contract, and with regulators or authorities where we are legally required to do so.

Where data is stored

Enquiry, recruitment and contact data is stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Access is limited to authorised JTS Protect personnel through an authenticated admin area. CV uploads are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible.
